Privacy Policy

Opulence Studio LLC ("Opulence Studio," "we," "our," or "us") creates and operates software and digital products. Some of our products are sold under the Lolo Bailey and The Edit names, including The Nest, Rosie, and Move Planner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to opulence.studio, our sales, checkout, and download pages (for example, pages on pinball.page), our web apps, and the emails we send. In this policy, all of these are called our "Services." If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to share it.
Order details, such as what you bought, the price, order numbers, and billing details that our payment processor shares with us (for example, billing country or ZIP code).
Anything you send us, such as support emails, form answers, applications, and survey responses.
Content you create inside our apps, such as completed tasks, progress, notes, and messages you send to an in-app AI assistant.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored by us. Stripe's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Information from cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies (see section 4).
Email engagement information, such as whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked.
How our apps store your information
Some apps save your progress on our servers so it can sync across your devices (for example, The Nest saves your checkmarks).
Some apps save your progress only in your own browser (for example, Move Planner). That information stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
To keep you signed in, our apps use a secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to one year, along with the personal access code tied to your purchase.
2. How we use your information
To deliver the products you buy, give you access, and keep you signed in.
To process payments, refunds, cancellations, and renewals.
To send transactional messages, such as receipts, access details, renewal notices, and service updates.
To send marketing emails about our products when you have opted in or bought from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To answer support questions and requests.
To run AI features you choose to use (see section 5).
To understand how our Services are used, fix problems, and improve them.
To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
To prevent fraud, abuse, and sharing of paid access, and to keep our Services secure.
To comply with the law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here.
Service providers that run parts of our Services for us, under contracts that limit how they can use your information. These include Stripe (payments), Pinball (sales pages, checkout, email marketing, and customer records), Netlify (app hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), Squarespace (opulence.studio), and Anthropic (AI replies in features such as Rosie).
Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, when you allow advertising cookies (see section 4).
Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
Business transfers, if Opulence Studio is involved in a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition. Your information would stay subject to the promises in this policy.
With your consent, for any other purpose we describe when we ask.
4. Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for three reasons:
Essential: to run checkout, keep you signed in, remember your choices, and protect against fraud. These are always on.
Analytics: to understand how people use our pages so we can improve them.
Advertising: to measure our ads and show relevant ads. This may include the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and similar tools from Google. These tools may collect information about your activity on our pages, such as pages viewed, sign-ups, and purchases, and they may combine it with information they already have about you. Meta's use of that information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Your choices:
Use the cookie banner on our sales and checkout pages to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for checkout and sign-in to work.
Manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
5. AI features
Some apps include an optional AI assistant (for example, Rosie in The Nest). When you use it, your messages and the app information needed to answer (for example, your tasks for today and this week) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. In The Nest, Rosie conversations are deleted after 72 hours, and you can clear them sooner at any time. Please do not share sensitive personal information, such as health, financial, or account details, in AI chats.
6. Email and text messages
If you sign up for something free, buy a product, or opt in, we may send you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. If you unsubscribe, we will still send transactional messages about your purchases, such as receipts, access details, and renewal notices.
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we offer them in the future, we will only send them with your express consent, and you will be able to opt out by replying STOP.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide your products and access, and as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Purchase records are generally kept for up to seven years. Specific features may keep information for a shorter time, as described in this policy (for example, Rosie chats are kept for 72 hours). You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
Correct information that is wrong.
Delete your information.
Opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law, including in California.
Appeal our decision if we decline your request.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent (for example, for advertising cookies), and complying with the law.
To make a request, email info@opulence.studio with the subject "Privacy request," from the email address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We respond within 45 days, or sooner when the law requires it. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject "Privacy appeal." We will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
9. Children
Our Services are for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access to customer records. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Where information is processed
Opulence Studio is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live, which may have different data protection rules.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our Services.
