  • 1 hour: $150

  • Please note: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) require a four hour rental period minimum.

*Prime days include but are not limited to: major and observed holidays, “912” day, Blessing of the Fleet, First Fridays, Porch Fest.

If you request Opulence Studio on a prime day or holiday, we will be sure to communicate and confirm reservation details with you prior to invoicing payment.

Rental Fees and Charges:

  • For desired studio date and time to be secured, agreement must be signed and full payment is required. Please schedule your rental time with enough time for set up, client meetings, workshops, recording, sessions, and breakdown to happen within the designated rental time. Please plan ahead for late arrivals or anticipation of running over your scheduled time slot.

  • Rental fees are calculated based on the total rental period, including the number of hours reserved. The total amount due consists of the rental fee (calculated based on the total hours), a cleaning fee (applicable based on studio use and compliance), and a refundable security deposit of $500.

Reservation:

  • Arriving before your scheduled time is not allowed, as another client may have use of the space, requiring cleaning prior to your arrival. Plan time to setup and time to break down any equipment you’ve used within your reservation start and end time. Please return the studio to its original state to avoid additional fines.

  • Opulence Studio operates as privately rented studio space. For public events, please designate estimated number of attendees. Please prepare to include all guests’ names in your reservation, for both public and private events, if requested by Opulence Studio, also known as “Lessor”. Studio access is granted to guests listed during your rental time.

  • Please note, fees paid are for studio space rental only. Rental fees do not include event planning services, food, photography, videography, or additional equipment rental.

  • Set up and tear down are included in your rental time. If you require special accommodations, please let us know prior to your booking.

  • Reservations are to be paid in full before the rental agreement is confirmed.

Date Selection and Studio Availability:

  • The selection of rental dates is subject to studio availability. We reserve the right to decline any date requests at our discretion and without the need for an explanation.

  • Opulence Studio also reserves the right to deny rentals to any parties that may be perceived as harmful to Opulence’s identity as a safe space, community resource, brick and mortar establishment and digital brand.

  • We understand the desire for a safe space to create and come together in the community. Opulence Studio operates as a private rental space. During your booking, only you and your guests will be in the studio. There will be a studio manager to assist you with entrance prior to your booking and exiting after your reservation ends.

  • Opulence Studio is located on Newcastle St in downtown Brunswick. There is ample street parking in the front (Newcastle St.), rear (Reynolds St.) and to the north on Gloucester St. Please park on Reynolds St. if you plan on loading and unloading equipment.

  • Yes decorations are allowed but no tape is allowed on the walls. Confetti is allowed in the studio. We respect the residents who live downtown and above our space. We ask there is excessively loud music, no popping or spraying of champagne, and please clean any props or confetti used during your rental booking time.

  • Opulence has spacious westward facing entry with large windows. The studio’s natural lighting is beautiful. If you’re looking for curated lighting options, please let us know in advance.
